Payments:

For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in INDIA but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnels hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.

Extra charges applicable for:
Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuity, porterage, laundry liquor etc. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary. Cab usage after 8.30 PM will attract additional driver BATA and will need to pay directly to the driver. For any pick-up/drop services apart from the ones mentioned in the itinerary or your package email. For an extra entry or activity fee
For any special event organized by the hotel (only if you wish to attend) Christmas Eve and New Year Eve Gala dinner charges will be applicable (in case if it is mandatory at the hotel) Amendment to the reservation in terms of date change or change in the group size can be done 10 days prior to the date of travel at an additional cost to be advised.

Tour Booking Policy:

50% of the tour package is required at the time of booking 50% on date of Journey (Before commencing the travel package) Tour confirmation only on receipt of full payment.

Tariff General Terms:

1. Starting & closing, km/hrs will be calculated from our garage to garage.
2. More than the usage of 7hrs & 12hrs are considered respectively 10hrs & 15hrs rate.
3. Rates are inclusive of fuel and driver only.
4. Toll fee, Parking fee, Entry fee are additional from the mentioned tariff.
5. Drive batta is calculated on a calendar day basis.
7. Rates may change based on diesel/petrol price change.
8. In case of cancellation after the vehicle starts from our garage or no-show from the customer. A cancellation fee will be charged.
9. Mentioned vehicle models and facilities are subject to availability.
10. 50% of the advance is payable while booking the vehicle.
